Terms and Conditions

These terms describe expected use of Annex EMS by company staff, employees and customers who receive access from the company.

Authorized Use

Users may access Annex EMS only with credentials issued by the company. Accounts must not be shared, transferred or used to access records that do not belong to the user.

Business Records

Work entries, jobs, payments, payouts, cashflow and task records should be entered accurately. The company administrator is responsible for correcting operational records when needed.

Portal Access

Employee and customer portals are provided for convenience and may be enabled, reset or disabled by the company at any time.

Availability

The system may be unavailable during maintenance, deployment, network issues or database outages. Users should contact the company administrator for urgent access issues.

Changes

The company may update these terms as the system and business process evolve. Continued use of Annex EMS means the user accepts the current terms.
